ONSTAGE Little Theatre salutes musical duo
"Some Enchanted
Evening," a musical revue of the songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein, opens
the Little Theatre of Fall River's 2002 Firebarn series. Opening tonight
in the air-conditioned theater, "Some Enchanted Evening" is a celebration
of songs that has become part of the American life. The partnership of
Rodgers and Hammerstein created some of the greatest classics of musical
theater, including "The Sound of Music," "Oklahoma!," "South Pacific," and
"Carousel." Paul Allard makes his Little Theatre directorial debut with
this production. Included with Mr. Allard and choreographer Jeff Belanger
in the cast are Cathy Taitz, Maryann Goulart and Kristina Farrell Dahlene.
