Dear Fellow Members,

During the months of July and August, I will be conducting open session informal meetings to gather ideas, possibilities, changes, etc. that would benefit Little Theatre of Fall River. These Long Range Planning meetings will be held to discuss the future of LTFR.  All members are invited to attend. 
 

Items to be discussed:

• Keep or change our 7-8 shows a year schedule

• Change from two musicals and a comedy/drama

• Increase ticket price

• Fundraising ideas

• Sponsorship of shows

• Ideas for new corporate sponsors

• Increase attendance at shows-BCC & Firebarn

• Increase participation from members

• Subscription drive

• Networking ideas

• Grant sources

• Outsourcing

• Any and all ideas

Meeting Schedule

Please mark your calendar and please make an effort to attend one or all meetings to share your ideas.  It is never too early to plan for the next 72 years.  Your input is important.  Hope to see you there!
