A Wonderful Life reintroduces us to the town of Bedford Falls, and the Bailey family, at a very difficult time during one Christmas season in the early '30s - the Depression years. The struggling father of the family, George, faced with the failure of his Savings and Loan business due to the thievery of an unscrupulous competitor, wishes he had never been born and contemplates suicide. But a bumbling guardian angel named Clarence shows him that his home-town would have been a much sadder and hopeless place if he had never lived. Renewed in spirit and inspired by his love for his family, he returns home on Christmas Eve to discover that the many townsfolk he has helped through the years have rallied around him and donated enough money to rescue his Savings and Loan company.

This charming, memorable and heart-warming show has a message for the entire family. Both young and old alike will leave the theater with a smile on their faces and new-found joy in their hearts after experiencing this holiday tale of the real meaning of true love self worth. Classic musical theater shows have never ringed with as much sparkle and love as does A Wonderful Life.
