Little Theatre of Fall River’s Youth Workshop brings young talent, families, and the magic of live theatre together! Launched in 2023 with Disney's The Lion King Jr., the program gives young people a meaningful opportunity to take the stage in their own community. It also welcomes more families into the Little Theatre company, introducing a new generation to the excitement of live performance.

Since its debut, the Youth Workshop has continued to thrive, offering affordable opportunities for young performers throughout the Greater Fall River area. Past productions include Disney's The Lion King Jr., Moana Jr., and Frozen Jr., as well as 13 the Musical, presented at the Narrows Center for the Arts. Along the way, participants build confidence, form friendships, and experience the pride of creating something special together.

The workshop’s latest production, Matilda Jr., was a resounding success - with 6 sold-out performances! With colorful characters, mischievous humor, and a powerful reminder that even the smallest voices deserve to be heard, the show celebrated the creativity and spirit of its young performers. Its success marks an exciting milestone for the Youth Workshop and reflects the community’s enthusiastic support for youth theatre.
